About Us

Thanks for visiting us at our Christchurch web. We do hope you’ll come back again and get to know us. As you can see, we are a very active, healthy, growing Anglican parish of young persons, families and committed believers of all ages. Some of us are former Episcopalians, while others have been Baptists, Methodists, Catholics, Church of Christ and Pentecostal – you name it – and some are newly baptized. But a song we sing has it right: “We are one in the Spirit!” We all believe that orthodox, historic faith in Jesus Christ still has the unquestioned power to change lives.

You will find helpful directions and details about our fellowship on the pages of this site, so please make use of them at your leisure, and feel free to explore what God is doing in our midst. We think He’s blessed us wonderfully in our time already and we’ve never doubted His guidance.

In fact, our earliest Prayer for Christchurch included the words, “Give us the Mind of Christ to discern our next step, the power of the Spirit to take it, and the faith to leave our destination in Your hands.” No matter how many years this church exists, no matter how many generations of Christians worship here, those words will always be our prayer. We invite you to let it be yours as well.
