These commissioned laity assist our ordained clergy in administering Holy Communion during worship.

They are also trained to administer the Eucharist to shut-ins or those otherwise physically unable to attend church.

This ministry helps foster the growth of Christchurch by enabling us to minister personally to greater numbers of people than we could do otherwise – drawing the “body of Christ” the members of the church, closer together in this sharing of His Body and Blood.
